Privacy
We keep your account details (name and email), your videos and the measurements made from them, only to give you the service. Other people in your videos are processed only to tell the players apart and find you. We do not sell your data and we do not show your videos to other users. When you delete a session or your account, we remove its files. We delete a session's files automatically: the original video 7 days after it is built, everything else about 4 weeks after the Build (we email you 7 days before). A session that is never built is deleted after 2 weeks. Questions: [email protected].
Cloud video processing
To analyse a video we upload it to cloud servers run for us by our processing providers. It is used only to make your results, and it is deleted automatically as the privacy text says, or sooner if you delete it.
Help improve Coda (optional)
Let us use your videos and your corrections to train and test Coda's AI. This is optional and off unless you switch it on. You can switch it off any time in Settings; that stops future use but does not undo training already done.
Waitlist and ad sign-ups
When you join the beta waitlist on this site or sign up through one of our ads, we keep the email you give us, and your name and city if you add them. We use them only to invite you to the beta, and we do not sell them. To stop abuse of the form we store a hashed form of your IP address, never the address itself. To have your details removed, write to [email protected]. When you sign up through an ad, the platform that shows the ad also handles your details under its own privacy policy.
